What is collected and why
When you use the contact form, I collect your email address and the message you provide. This information is used to respond to contact, project, employment, or collaboration inquiries.
The legal basis is my legitimate interest in handling voluntary inquiries. Where your inquiry concerns a possible contract, processing may also be necessary to take steps before entering into a contract.
Service providers
The form uses Resend to deliver messages by email. Resend processes the submitted information on my behalf. Its data-processing terms and current subprocessors are available in its DPA and subprocessor list.
Retention
Messages are retained only for as long as needed to handle the inquiry. They are then deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
Cookies and sensitive information
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the contact form unless it is strictly necessary.
